After changing the fluid and installing High quality filters (HyPro G8 DualGlass), the contamination dropped by 7 codes, i.e. one division per 128 of the initial quantity of particles.
Our customer has:
• Divided its annual cost of hydraulic components by 2 (€43,000 in 2012 versus €22,000 annually today),
• Divided the number of downtime and maintenance hours by 2.5 (500 hours in 2012 versus 200 hours annually today),
The overall annual saving is almost €30,000 and only for the Hydraulic part and per machine.
With a fleet of 6 machines, its annual saving in maintenance costs is €180,000.
